Kraftsman Commercial Playgrounds & Water Parks (“Kraftsman,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides these SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) to describe the terms that apply when you communicate with Kraftsman employees through SMS text messaging.
Kraftsman employees may communicate with customers, vendors, partners, and other business contacts through SMS text messaging for one-to-one, conversational business communications. These messages are related to active or prospective business relationships and may include topics such as scheduling, appointment confirmations, project updates, follow-ups, and other operational communications.
Kraftsman does not use SMS messaging for marketing campaigns, promotional blasts, advertising, or automated mass messaging. All text messages are sent manually by individual employees in the context of a business interaction.
By initiating a text message to a Kraftsman employee or by providing verbal consent during an existing business interaction, you agree to receive SMS messages from Kraftsman related to your business relationship.
You are not required to consent to SMS messaging as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Kraftsman.
Message frequency varies based on the nature of the business interaction. Kraftsman does not send recurring automated messages.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Kraftsman is not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message received from Kraftsman. You will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from that number. You may opt back in at any time by replying START or by initiating a new text message.

Kraftsman respects your privacy. Information collected through SMS communications, including your mobile phone number, message content, and opt-in consent, is used solely for the purpose of conducting one-to-one business-related communications.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All categories of information sharing described in our Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Kraftsman may use service providers (such as communications platform providers and carriers) solely as necessary to enable message delivery and related platform functionality. These providers may process SMS data only to perform services on our behalf and are required to protect the information.

You agree not to use SMS communications with Kraftsman for unlawful, abusive, harassing, or inappropriate purposes. Kraftsman reserves the right to discontinue communications if misuse is detected.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kraftsman shall not be liable for any damages arising from delays, failures, or interruptions in SMS communications due to carrier issues, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
Kraftsman may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted at https://www.kraftsmanplay.com/sms-terms/ with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued engagement with Kraftsman through SMS after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated SMS Terms.
