We love coming into existing spaces and breathing new life into them and we were especially thrilled to work with Associa Principal Management to give Gammon Oaks in Houston a fresh new look and turn it into a true community gem! We took an existing park and turned it into a space that’s now perfect for families to gather, play, and enjoy the outdoors. With a mix of new playground equipment, upgraded features, and safe, soft engineered wood fiber (EWF) surfacing, this park is now a vibrant hub for all kinds of fun.

To ensure everyone stays cool and comfortable, we added shade over the play structure, providing ample protection from the heat and sun for children playing on the equipment. Whether it’s for a quick afternoon visit or a leisurely weekend picnic, Gammon Oaks has become a central meeting place for families who want to enjoy the outdoors together. We’re so proud to have been part of bringing this space back to life, creating a place where families can relax, laugh, and make memories, all in a safe and welcoming environment.
