The McCrorey Trails Playground, developed in partnership with Ellison Development, is designed to bring imagination, excitement, and active play to the new McCrorey Trails community. The play area features an Ascend Mosura with dynamic rope climbers, a thrilling slide, and unique climbing challenges that encourage exploration, physical activity, and social interaction among children. Complementing the main structure are a swing set, interactive musical play elements that enhance sensory development, and Glomist CoolHub water spray features to keep guests cool. To support families and community use, the project also includes shaded seating with benches and tables under a cantilever umbrella, as well as pickleball courts and a half basketball court. Accessibility was prioritized with the addition of a sidewalk surrounding the playground, ensuring the space is welcoming and inclusive for all visitors.
