Kraftsman, in collaboration with the city of The Colony and Dunkin Sims Stoffels, Inc., designed and installed a “City by the Lake” themed splash park, featuring a wide variety of interactive water effects designed to engage and entertain children. The splash park is complemented by broom finish surfacing for durability and safety. Hypar shade structures are incorporated throughout the park, providing sun protection while children play. Additionally, a concrete wall was installed around the splash pad to offer additional seating for visitors.

The outdoor fitness area is strategically located with its own shade covering, allowing parents to enjoy a workout while their children play nearby. Synthetic turf has been installed in key areas and covered by more hypar shade, providing a comfortable space for visitors to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The scope also includes the installation of hardscaping elements and other site amenities to enhance the overall experience for park visitors. This project creates a well-rounded, family-friendly space that encourages both active play and relaxation.
